Hey Fam,
Well it sure sounds like everyone is doing a lot better. I guess dad is back to working at least a bit now. That is all good. It was good to hear that he had the chance to give a blessing to someone at the hospital and for once be on the other side of it. How is work going for Elysa. I am excited to hear about the temple trip to Nauvoo. Sounds like work is doing good for Mom too. I like it. I was also glad that you guys now have the means to be able to carry some of those big things like the couches and chairs to the dump. I know that that was always a pain before.
Well as for me. It has been good. Not a ton to say. Elder Sapckman is going home next week so this is tµhis last time to talk to people. So we have a lot of goodbyes this week. It will be a super fast week. We are already full of rendez vous, so we have a lot of stuff to keep us busy which is not very normal. But it will be good. He is having a stressful time getting ready to go home.
Also this week, tomorrow actually, we have zone conference which will go fast and our ward mission leader is coming with us. He is a cool guy, his name is Frere Lallemand. He is a lot of fun. We have meals with members every night this week until next Tuesday, which NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER HAPPENS! Then on Tuesday we have a man getting baptized at 6pm. His name is Romeo, we have worked so hard with him but he can’t give up smoking. He has been working on it and if he can keep it off until next Tuesday than he can get baptized. That is Elder Spackman’s last night so we are doing it before he leaves. He is very excited. That is why we are having it on a Tuesday, which is weird a bit.
Other than that, we are visiting with Romeo everyday so that he can avoid temptation. We have had a good time with him. I am really praying that he can do it.
Well, that is really all, next week is transfers. We will see what happens. I most likely will stay here.
