Hey Fam,
Well it sure sounds like everyone is doing a lot better. I guess dad is back to working at least a bit now. That is all good. It was good to hear that he had the chance to give a blessing to someone at the hospital and for once be on the other side of it. How is work going for Elysa. I am excited to hear about the temple trip to Nauvoo. Sounds like work is doing good for Mom too. I like it. I was also glad that you guys now have the means to be able to carry some of those big things like the couches and chairs to the dump. I know that that was always a pain before.

Hello family.
Well, sadly I don’t have much time today for emails. We are going off to a city called Namur today as a whole zone. It should be fun, but we have to leave ASAP.
Well, to start with. I got transfer news last night, so I know what is going on for the next six weeks and I am very excited about it. Well it will be interesting to see what happens because president said that I need to have things changed up and be given some challenges. So we will see what that means in the future. Hello, it hasn’t been too long… less than a day actually, but i guess that is how it goes.
It was great to talk to you yesterday night. It was great. I am glad you got the card, and that you could read it.
Well, I got my transfer news actually right after you hung up. I will be going back to Belgium and serving in a city called Liège. It is home of the Belgian waffle. It is fairly big also, but not nearly as big as Lille. I am sad to already be leaving Lille. I was only there 6 weeks, but I am also glad with the whole situation of having a new companion. It will be nice to start over fresh and new. Liège is north of Brussels, but not far. So I have one more day here in France before heading back up to Belgium.

Ok, so this week is finally over. What a weird week!
I got transfer news this morning. I am leaving. I will be heading down to Lille, France. I am actually pretty excited for it. Lille is a very big city, and it is France. I am really excited to be serving in France. It is so much different. It is funny how much things change when you cross the imaginary lines that they call borders. This week I went up to a city called Erquelinnes (or something like that) to meet with our Ward Mission Leader, and he lives on the Dutch side of Belgium (Dutch side is called Flanders and the French side is called Wallonia). There is literally a line and it is completely different. It is cleaner. The road instantly gets wider and all this. It is crazy.

Hello again,
So It is transfers this week and I just got the news that I am staying. So nothing is changing for me right now which is nice. I like it here in Mons and with my companion. The other Elders are changing though. Elder Kent (whom it sounds like you talk with his mom on missionary moms) is staying and getting a new companion. His companion right now, Elder Peterson is leaving to France. So it wont be changing a lot but a little bit, and we will have a new person too that will come on Wednesday.
Our land-lady sister Egbert got back on Saturday. So today she is at work and will hopefully get the mail today and bring home my Christmas package, plus any other mail that I had. We actually had quite an experience this morning with her house flooding. There was water everywhere! It was crazy, I guess the toilet flooded and when we went down there, there was water everywhere. We stopped the flooding and got the water soaked up but it took forever.
